We use Royal Mail for postage wherever possible. Occasionally, we may need to use Parcelforce depending on the size and weight of the overall package. We aim to post orders within 5 working days of ordering. This allows us to make additional stock if the item is out of stock in our physical shop.

All payments for both the product and shipping must be made up front.

During lockdown, we are offering a free delivery service in the Plymouth area. Please select 'collect from Buckland' at the check out and ensure you pop your address details in the information box, or email them to me seperately at info@serendipityglassdesign.co.uk .

Where a bespoke commission is requested and ordered, please note a 50% non refundable deposit must be made. The balance is then due for payment prior to shipping.

For bespoke commissions, the artist will liaise with the customer over aspects of design, date required by and posting details. These will be agreed in advance via email so a written record is retained.
